Due to my opinion of the current WWE product I don't watch every ppv now, I have the habit of reading results/watching highlights however I always make time for the consistently good NXT Takeover events.
I've reviewed a fair few ppv's but my issue is how can you possibly do so without giving away spoilers?
With the World, North American, Tag & Women's championships on the line plus one grudge match the event was set to be another incredible show of professional wrestling and for the most part it delivered.
The results were logical, the in ring performances were expectedly great but there was little in the way of surprises. You would likely predict the event from start to finish here and be correct so Phoenix offers highly quality wrestling and high quality wrestling alone.
Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with that, I guess in the world of sports entertainment I find myself expecting such things as a given. Perhaps with the Royal Rumble looming they decided to save all the surprises for then, after all this is one of the few times the main WWE product can actually compete in quality with NXT Takeover.
Another solid outing regardless which I walked away happy with.

Predictable
Lacks any revelations/shocks
