- "Between Two Fires" begins with a "graphic violence" warning. There is torture, a graphic stabbing and two killings throughout the episode. Also shows a character carving up a large animal. An autopsy is performed with several prolonged, close-up shots of the body and bloody intestines.
- A man gets a deep cut made into the bridge of his nose by another man, lots of blood can be seen dripping out of the wound as he screams in agony. Very graphic.
