This is a fairly straightforward cooking show, with a lot of the standard themes -- leftover night, one-pot meals. Production values are good. Vitale is a charming host. She has a slight Jersey lilt/upspeak that can be jarring at times, but otherwise she is appealing (much more so than the twee Girl Meets Farm or the oppressive Pioneer Woman) and she knows how to pace her instructions.
