Once again, Gina and Xavier butt heads and it's hard to shake the feeling that they're both wrong, not least because it seems like Xavier wants to get rid of Jett and Gina wants to hold onto him at all costs and because Xavier seems to be treating Jett the way Gina treats him. Jett's revelations about his possible father are interesting and somewhat surprising and it's a shame Gina intrudes on his heart to heart with Xavier.
Along with a subplot of Indigo going into meltdown, the other plot line concerns Roo's continuing reluctance to play mother to Lottie, resulting in another "opposite ends of the scale and both wrong" scene with Gina.There is actually something interesting going on here, as Harvey and Lottie both seem to assume a lot and Roo doesn't just slot into the position of the show's mother figure without difficulty but it's still hard to sympathise with her.
