- Multiple explicit sex scenes, including rape. The television version has body parts and other explicit details covered up with white lights or the darkening of the screen. But the uncensored version contains detail of bare breasts, buttocks, sexual positions, thrusting and ejaculation. Though genitalia and explicit penetration are either kept out of view of the camera or blocked from the view, it can still be inferred with the explicit thrusting and visible genital fluids.

- Intense scenes of violence, torture and sexual abuse may disturb most viewers, especially the uncensored or uncut version.
- A young man is brutally and graphically tortured and raped for years on end by a princess who believes she can because he's just a peasant. After he heals the world and goes back 4 years, he vows revenge on all of those who have wronged him. This is viewed by many as being too extreme for television and the large part of the manga and anime community were shocked that it was being made into an anime based on those factors.
- This anime is very explicit, it is similar to I Spit on Your Grave, American Psycho, and The Last House On The Left. The rape and revenge in this anime is similar.

Sex & Nudity
- In the uncensored version, a young man rapes a teenage girl and you can see her bleeding between her legs on bed from being deflowered.
- In one scene, a teenage girl pours an addictive substance onto the genitals of the male protagonist. He then desperately tries to lick the fluids but his head is unable to reach them. The girl realizes this and forces his head down with her foot. The next shot then shows a shadow of the male performing fellatio on himself whilst making audible sucking noises.
- A maid forces herself on a teenage boy who is much younger and takes his virginity. Her breasts are visible as she pulls her panties and inserts the boy's penis and straddles him during sex until orgasm. They are both seen by other maids and there's a time lapse of various maids having orgies with the young boy over the course of several weeks.
- A young man buys a female child slave and makes her perform fellatio on him and drink his semen. Afterward he deflowers her during sexual intercourse and ejaculates inside her. They are later shown having passionate sex outdoors by a tree during a full moon, both fully nude with the female child bent over and moaning in pleasure while being penetrated from behind.
Violence & Gore
- There is a scene where the main character fights a strong opponent while trying to capture his enemy. To defeat his opponent, he touches him while casting a spell, causing him to explode into bloody chunks with small bits of flesh (not very obvious) seen coming out. The opponents eyeball is later seen on the floor after which MC crushes the eye with his foot causing it to squish underneath. (Not as gory as implied due to less detailed animation)
