Witch tales (Cuentos de la Bruja) is a really fun actually well-done low budget anthology that consist of 3 Halloween themed tales. The practical gore effects looked great on the screen. No CGI is always a plus. The movie was filmed in 2 languages, and I believe it was filmed on location in Puru. I bought the Blu-ray on eBay from the director mike Lyddon. Included in my Blu-ray was a trivia paper with 3 questions, I answered all 3 correctly and Mike entered my name in for a chance to win any one of the stock body parts used in the film, about 8 months later I was contacted and informed I won the stock head used in the film witch tales-(2020), I thought that was fun and interesting. If you're a horror fan and enjoy watching a great anthology, you will want to check this movie out it shouldn't disappoint.

Can't beat a Halloween-themed horror

Three fun and grisly tales which perfectly represent the tone of their comic book source material. "Cycle of Horror" was my fave, very toe-curling stuff.
If you enjoy Creepshow, Tales from the Crypt then this is well worth adding to your Halloween playlist!
