This is one of the most famous and influential films by Truffaut, but in my opinion it is deffinitely far from being among the best of them. It is innotavie in its narrative and edition, and has a nice cinematography. However, pace is mostly sluggish and even boring, the story is not moving most of the time (it could have been different with another script script), and all three characters are very uncharismatic.
