I was looking forward to this, but so far I'm disappointed. I like all of these guys, but they're trying WAY too hard. They're doing WAY too much slapstick, and acting like fools. They should just relax and behave like normal people and not caricatures. I cringe at their antics and can tell how the "ugly American" thing got going.
And you can tell that the whole thing is staged. About the only good scene was the karaoke in the bus.
Worse yet, the show keeps hitting us over the head with "explanations" every two minutes. Please! We're not stupid.
Too bad this show can't be really good like Michael Palin's "Pole To Pole", or his other travel shows.
