Review of Mega Snake

Mega Snake (2007 TV Movie)
1/10
Greatly disappointed
25 August 2007
Warning: Spoilers
I was really looking forward to seeing the Feedback movie and I can only say I pray this was not it, that this was just a teaser. I give kudos to Matthew Atherton for doing this, at least it shows he has principles as a person.

The Character Les is so pathetic who would blame Erin for running to anyone else, but really, to the jerk who is the sheriff? Was it just me or did he seem to base that character on some of the characters played by Bruce Campbell? Maybe it was just the resemblance of the two actors. Most of the male actors are just plain bad, unrealistic, like they are uninterested to be making a movie (of any caliber.) Most of the male characters seem to have vision which does not extend more then about 6 inches in front them.

If it hadn't of been for the fact that I really liked the Feedback character and the ability of Matthew to portray him I wouldn't have watched past the 1st break, but I really wanted to see what they would do with Feedback.

*spoiler kinda* (Better safe then sorry, though you might be more sorry if you watch the show.)

4. The dialog was flip floppy, first Erin comes up with the theory she thinks its a snake, then her pseudo boyfriend the sheriff shows up and suddenly its the ex-boyfriend (Les's) idea. And unless the sheriff lets him out of jail more people are going to die. (Can I have some butter for the corn? Please?) I think they could have saved money on the special effects of making brains exploding out of someone's head and biting the 40 some odd heads off of the people riding the thrill rides and put it towards Feedback's special effects, I mean come on. Why couldn't they have had the 'main' characters meet up with Feedback as he was helping people escape and told him how it was suppose to be killed and let him save the day? Isn't that how things happen with superheroes? If they don't know how to defeat an enemy the first thing they do is evacuate the innocent by-standers and then meet up with the 'scientist' that tells them how they might be able to defeat the enemy.

I think the writer(s) mom(s) should beat them for writing characters who have less regard for their elderly mother then a kid with a magnifying glass has for the ant on a sunny day.

Really, just a plain bad movie even for Sci-fi...It gets my vote for the worst movie Sci-fi has made.
