Decent Episode
gprimeus17 March 2019
Warning: Spoilers
An enjoyable episode, with a lot of fun moments and story building. I like how they added Supergirl, needing a suit to breathe in space, as a nod to the modern Superman comics, who was depowered and now needs an oxygen mask to breathe in space. This and the other Arrowverse shows have been doing a good job with the little nods here and there leading up to Crisis On Infinite Earths. Glad to here that the series was picked up for a fifth season! (No it wasn't cancelled like the above commenter has stated)

Decent Episode & Scope of Supergirl's Powers
samur21214 March 2019
A pretty decent episode within the grand scheme of this season. Great character moments for J'onn, Alex and Kara. Manchester and Lockwood continue to be a bit too cartoony for my taste but I like the three way conflict they have created. This episode does not stave off my wariness about this season but also does not negate my fondness for the show.

I saw someone ask about Supergirl's inability to breathe in space. We've seen past examples of Superman being able to do so but they were a different medium. This show has set up its own "powers cannon" for a lack of a better term. It has been a bit inconsistent to be sure and I also feel that both Supergirl and Superman are weaker than past portrayals. Basically the answer to the question is, because the show says she can't.

The elite!!!

3 out of 5 stars.

Decent episode. The elite breaks free led by Manchester. Has a few entertaining action. But slow moving story.

Laughing at the one star review
aaronangus6 March 2019
The one star review complaint about not getting a Brittish actor when said actor is from Hackney London is hilarious. Including the Elite as new Supergirl villains is great. Been waiting for a live action Elite for a while

I loved this episode but why does Supergirl need a space suit?

Story getting worse

Warning: Spoilers
Why does SG needs spacesuit to fly to space? Does the writer read the comic or know SG at all?

One star because of the rubbish British accent
marknorville4 March 2019
An american trying to do an English accent and failing big time. We have plenty of actors in the UK who would have done a much better job.

About the Elite
nickgeorgiou131 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
She should work with the Elite, not against them. Btw if the Elite didn't show up at the station to destroy it, what would Supergirl do, would she leave it standing to shoot down refugees?

Worst episode so far

So supergirl needs a spacesuit and they are still pushing the trans agenda. Just cancel this rubbish already, oh wait, they just have. Ha ha
