Very Good Episode

Warning: Spoilers
After the disappointing last episode that was just a filler, this one progresses the story way forward and it feels like Agents of Shield again. I liked that it felt like I'm watching season 3 again. May and Yoyo were amazing as always and it was about damn time to Yoyo finally get her powers back. I was thinking that maybe they'd bring Jiaying onto the Zephyr and Daisy would meet her again but that didn't happen. Nathaniel could be a good villain but still kinda seems childish to me and I expected a better villain for the last season at least, but oh well, I'm sure the writers won't ruin the finale of this show.

Great!

I really enjoyed the May and Yoyo dynamic this episode, and the exploration of yoyo's past, it was all nice, heartfelt and well acted. Not to mention it gave us a chance to revisit older character and sets that I loved. Though my favorite part of the episode is the way they wove the narrative around the time jumps with two timelines interwoven in a seamless way, I just geeked out on all the way the jumps were done to great effect. There is an introduction of a new character that felt somewhat rushed, but hopefully it will payoff later in the season.

SO GREAT!!!

Yet another super fun episode of this incredible season, with a throwback to characters from an old season and answers to previously unanswered questions. Seamless transitions between storylines and it was very good to look into a certain characters past and give he/she a bit of an "upgrade". Loved it.

And just like that Agents of SHIELD resorts back to the mean. Last week we finally had a good episode of the show that had me engaged minute after minute, made me smile and laugh and want to follow along with the show.

And then we're back to the same old nonsense with bad guest stars and one-off characters, and just boring dialogue between the two most boring female characters on this series.

I don't know at all what they were hoping to accomplish in this one, but it did not work. I am completely surprised that this epsiode received a lot of positive reviews because I really have no idea what they were watching.
