I hate how the show has flipped roles this year and made Jenny the responsible parent, but that's the world we live in.

The hijinx of Alice and her parents continues to be one of the highlights week to week though.

Jenny is a very hatable character and her bitterness sours the show. Kate seems to go out of her way to be more and more self-centered and selfish. Emasculating Ian and making her the mature parent is a poor choice; she is a bad person. Season 2 was so much more fun.
