Tired of stupid writers

Warning: Spoilers
I am so sick of writers always feeling that it is necessary to have couples have affairs or to kiss someone other than their spouse/significant other. It would be great if we could finally have writers that show couples facing obstacles and sticking by each other. Having couples actaully working at their relationships and not getting involved with other people. I was really looking forward to having Devon stay true to Priya and resisting any temptation to kiss, etc., Julian. I was looking forward to seeing Devon and Julian keeping it strictly platonic and having her show him how to dance so he could surprise Priya at their wedding. I am really hoping that the writers end that whole nonsense with this episode. Because of this nonsense, I graded this a 7 instead of the 8 I would have normally given.

The rest of the episode was great.

Evidence of poor scientific research

I could not believe my eye when I saw the laryngoscope being held upside down while pretending to intubate. You can try and make the act as sophisticated as you want but you cannot mess up using basic instruments

Trial & Error

Warning: Spoilers
Another pretty mediocre episode of The Resident, a show that is really losing its touch this season with the expanded order count.

We knew we would get a Julian and Devon "moment" but I was hoping against hope they would not fall into that cliche. We'll see how cliched the story gets as it continues.

And the Bollywood dance scene was incredibly awkward for me as a viewer.
