• Watched in Prime Video.
• This film is about various tricks used by Prakashan (Balu Varghese) to make Ammu (Lijomol) fall in love with him.
• Direction and camera is good.
• Excellent BGM. Songs are good.
• Story is average, but can see some new elements in the movie.
• Some characters are not developed properly.

Final Rating - 5.3/10. A one time watch movie.

Premasoothram (Love Trick) has an atypical story for a romance film where a guy madly in love with a girl since fifth grade resorts to various inconsequential tricks suggested by a magical realism element to woo her that is bound to make you laugh along with unnecessary elements of vindictiveness albeit through wicked characters that I liked, all of which will make you feel good about the idea of love and take you back to your own school/college days and if you are a youth make you want to fall in love too, but it still is overlong and occasionally outrageous and boring. TN.
