Dolomite, Apple Slices, and a Mystery Woman

I thought this was another good episode of the 'Big Bang Theory' spin-off, with it being an important one in terms of showing that sometimes Sheldon doesn't get his own way and ends up being rejected. He would learn from it moving forwards...or not!

I like that the other characters are starting to get more of a look in now, and don't feel quite so much like cookie cutter sitcom standards as the episodes go on.

I don't know whey there's so much dislike for Mary, Sheldon's Mum. Is she really any worse than Bev Goldberg over on 'The Goldbergs'? Certainly not in my book.

I enjoyed this episode, as I have most of the episodes of 'Young Sheldon' so far.

The Girlfriend and the IMAX
claudio_carvalho7 July 2023
Sheldon and Tam are having lunch at the library, when they see a girl lunching alone. They befriend her and have lunch together. The girl is Libby, who loves geology and introduces the science to the boys. She proposes to go with them to Houston, to see the IMAX, but Mary is worried and spoils Sheldon's plans and friendship.

"Dolomite, Apple Slices, and a Mystery Woman" is an episode of "Young Sheldon" that is not funny. Mary's behavior of overprotection is the motive of turning this show into an annoying episode. When Sheldon is able to find a new friend, she ruin his relationship with Libby with her concerns. My vote is seven.

This moomy worried act....is just fast-forwarder

I had to fast-forward 3rd of the episode, as to skip annoying scenes with his mother, and cleaning.....It was on a level on BigBang....back to stupid obvious humor.
