There were some funny parts here, but the show is just relying on the Kevin James and Leah Remini chemistry at this point. If you long for anything King of Queens nostalgia you'll like it, but if you enjoyed that show and want something different or even regularly funny, this isn't it.
I am fine with a flashback episode, but it would have been great if they actually got Erinn Hayes to appear as Donna. Not seeing her, but seeing what a big deal she was for the story made no sense.
