The greatest awakening movie ever made
scaradu15 May 2018
This is easily one of the best things my eyes have ever witnessed, and that is an understatement. In its 13 minutes run-time I went from amazement to awe to being flabbergasted. A host of emotions passed through me, exactly how this obscure but masterful creator probably intended.

A video of a generation (this one) and more than that, this short made me not blink so as to not miss a thing, my jaw dropped to the floor, and goosebumps inundated my body from head to toe, back and forth. I rarely experienced this while watching something.

Think I'm exaggerating? Watch it for yourself. Thank me later. And more importantly thank the Creator (pun intended) for delivering such an accurate representation of our times (pair it with Steve Cutts's "Happiness" short) and, as opposed to other apathetic memes making the rounds on the Internets, this one also delivers a solution, a way out, a truth, the truth, whatever you should want to see it as.

This is one piece of astonishing work that everyone needs to see.

sometimes I watch this and pray.

Emotions runs wild as this video reaches the end. Tears and rage mixed together, desire of revenge, hope; hope that everyone wakes up. a quantum awakening to our real essence, our real meaning, free from materialistic desires, unleashing infinite love and intellect. bits of a true god we are. we just have to see it and shake off the chains holding us

Simply Remarkable
Hitchcoc18 March 2019
This is so stunning, but it has about as hard an edge as there can be. In thirteen minutes, we get a taste of what humanity has brought down on itself. All the opportunities we have had to make the world superb have been cast aside for avarice. Dissatisfaction reigns supreme and we have trouble taking the good; rather we look for more. However, it does eventually leave a glimmer of hope and positivism. The minimalist music really contributes to this. It is a film that every student should see.

the realism
Kirpianuscus2 March 2019
The realism is the basic virtue of this powerful animation. It is a precise verdict about near reality. The jar on head, the masks, the people as tools, the consumerism and the education problems, the mix of black , grays and cynism, the fall of a world. And the solution. From music to animation itself, all seems perfect. It is just a pure warning. One of the most honest.

Even more awkward & chilling in 2021!
AbFabO8 May 2021
The fact that there are almost 10 written reviews for a movie that has under 200 ratings says it all. It is a dark & chilling masterpiece. Please view & review - it is the most rewarding 13minutes you might have this year. Thank you Mr. Arsov!

The Ultimate Synthesis of our entire dystopia (and our only way out)
novack_5 August 2020
Nothing missing, nothing left. Pure art without a word said.

A perfect ride across hell, not by means of imaginative storytelling, but by precisely displaying our current reality for what it is.

Also the path to liberation, the only possible revolution left available.

Astonishing piece of work.

An absolute masterpiece
nickroutley27 January 2021
This is one of the most impactful pieces of art I've ever seen. It's dense with symbolism and the haunting soundtrack pairs perfectly with what's happening on screen.

A lecture on modern society's ills
Rectangular_businessman9 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The animation and the art-style were very nice, and by far the best aspect of this short. The music was nice too.

I don't know if I have become desensitized to media, but I remained mostly unimpressed to this. I mean, I didn't hate it, and I don't disagree with its message about many of the modern society's ills, but at the same time, I found his "modern odyssey" a bit too preachy and repetitive for my taste, akin to the works of Steve Cutts. (The demonization of cell phones at one point almost remembered of that awful Moby video made by Cutts).

Maybe if I had seen a couple of years before, I would have liked this way more.

Not best comment for u folks

Warning: Spoilers
The music from this cartoon badly influence on my brains. The idea about pills and rich doctors so populised and primitive. It is interesting for people that believe in someone special who will cure them by organic products and vegetarianism...I agree that eating meet and full of nitrates, pesticides etc. in veggies/fruits it is terrible. As well, people that make their lives conscious, can control their lifes and health much better, but if u get seek do u really want to risk instead of going to the doctor?
