I am with McCabe-Shannon!!

I don't get all the 10/10 reviews because this is one of the weirdest Movies I have ever watched!!

The main actors were quite good but the plot just lost me, it was all over the place. I don't even know how to describe the beginning of the movie but I thought just watch, it will get better but alas! Of course she thinks she has inherited the beautiful resort but instead da na na na yep you guessed it.......

The scenery in Canada is absolutely spectacular so that was nice to see and the lake was beautiful.

I love a good Hallmark/Romance movie and yes its predictable which is the best part of the whole movie which of course only lasts for like 1minute!

Like I legit have no words but apparently I have to write 600 characters. So here goes....

I watch Hallmark cheesy low budget movies all the time. Like 50 a year atleast. And if that's what I'm used to and still have zero clue what this is or was... that's saying a lot right?

It's just all over the place script wise. The acting isn't good. The characters aren't good. The storylines are just too hectic and all over the place. Like they tried to put every cliche storyline into one movie.

It only has 2 stars because some parts were a tad cute. The lake is pretty.

But seriously? Whoever greenlit this... call me. I'll write a script for you.

Serious Plot Structure and Comedy

The fact that one inherit a hotel but still have to hide but did not know there is a true place is seriously but funny. This can be linked to how one could imagine something which another person in another world has imagined too. So, it is always as if it was planned. I love how the plot structure shows this. It is relatable.

"Hotel Limbo" kicks off in Prague, the Czech Republic, where Diana Maxa (Lucie Vondrácková) just found out she inherited a hotel in Montreal, Canada, the Mont Tremblant hotel. Now Diana has to deal with her new inheritance, including the illegal refugees Jake, Jeff and Jan and the two run-away dogs, Zakki and Coco. The story gets more interesting when Diana falls in love with a local millionaire, Bradley, who lost his memory. For all the non-believers, this is a very good movie, well executed dialogues and very good acting from both Lucie Vondrácková (Diana Maxa) and Michael Barbuto (Bradley Bloomberg). It is a very refreshing movie with a good plot. Yes, predictable but very fun to watch. Help people who need help, care about rescue dogs and there is always sunshine after a rainy day. A very optimistic movie and I recommend everybody to give this movie a chance. Just go for it.

Canadian Comedy

I liked the idea of inheriting hope. To me the movie spoke on so many things symbolic to life in Canada today. It explores the issues of dog ownership and accommodation, love, refugees and business. I was able to relate to those moments and see the light in those issues. I definitely got to an escape from my everyday stresses.

funny but some things missed in the writing

The acting was good 9 out of 10; writing 7 out of 10 as a bunch of it was funny /good but some aspects of the writing and directing were not logical, practical, or made realistic sense; the film & boom crew did well skill wise but the camera and sound equipment is clearly b quality. So glad that more Canadian films are being made and should be supported so the industry can grow in Canada and internationally. It was also nice to see more international actors films that are not only made in Canada but that say it is a Canadian film within the movie.

The airport taxi driver!!

The taxi driver is the beginning was a classic airport taxi driver LOL! One minute they want your business next minute they just want to sit in their car...

The film def reminds me of travel and the struggles you can go through especially when traveling for a new job or business.

Got a happy ending and some un expected twists... Overall nice to watch !

Good start, interesting middle and rushed ending

This started pretty well, and was original in many things. But must say that ending was pretty much predictable since that bike crash.

Target audience would be romantic types, dog and nice female leg lovers. Yeah, even that not so young nurse was in pretty short skirt.

Level of realism was not much big in many situations. But biggest complain is ending - they could work little more on it.

Its one hell of a drive! Just wait until the dogs join too. The story has a bunch of unexpected twists that catch you because it also has expected progressions that you just know will happen!

A wacky and original universe

Hotel Limbo is a rather singular crazy comedy. Can't compare it to any other comedy, as the action is unpredictable. The Tom and Bradeley Duo is hilarious. I highly recommend for those who want to relax with a family and funny comedy

Inheriting a nice lakeside house!

Canada is so beautiful, the landscapes, the calm weather, the various running paths and lakes, I felt like I was there while watching! For me it was really cool to watch a film taking part in the Canadian country side. I would love to live somewhere like that. I could feel the fresh air! Plus the story twists and turns pulling every one when you do not expect it to go. I loved the Godfather card game scene! So many hidden gems in this film, I don't get some of the negative reviews!

So, I usually never watch comedy/romcoms, My girlfriend made me watch it and... it was actually really funny. The actors are great and the plot is so strange and entertaining. One of the rare romcoms I've actually enjoyed watching.

Funny and Local, Reminds me of Corner Gas

IF your Canadian, you know Corner Gas! This reminded me of the small town country style vibes from corner gas. Something about Canadian series and films that are just unique.

I guess moral of the story is, stay easy go lucky and everything will work out!

I would have loved to watch this in theaters as its just made for gobbling popcorn!

For me, this film struck a chord. Although its happy go lucky and fun filled, it also has some very cool meme worthy scenes. If you see the mobsters playing cards, one of the actors looks exactly like the Godfather. Like a meme / symbolic reference to the Godfather film within a film!

I dunno what to make of it, its piqued my interest though...

Heartfelt, Funny and Mildly Romantic Story

There are moments of hysterical laughter, romance, and over the top energy. The acting was excellent, and I haven't seen a good indie picture in a long time. After 45 minutes, I usually switch them off. However, the outstanding performances, narrative, and symbolisms piqued my interest and made me want to see more. I wasn't sure if this was my type of picture at first, but it quickly drew me in; it's of excellent quality all around.
