This show continues to amaze. I find each episode getting me hooked. I like this episodes focus on the parents which make them less generic villains and more human. I thought the scene with Gert's parents stuck in traffic the best. The description of the episode makes it sound like it's just the first episode but repeated and it's really not. It builds off of the first episode and I really liked it.

The writers of this show immediately addressed my need for urgency and this episode amped things up in a hurry. They made the ceremony seem like a big deal and as rationally as they could in the situation, had the kids respond.
I don't know what the end game for this show is, or even what we are going to get week to week from this show, but they got me on board with episode two.
