Titus Calls It Off

Titus gets jealous when he sees his true love having a relationship while he performing on a cruise ship (he as been washed ashore, by the way). This leads to the show focusing primarily on him. Meanwhile, Kimmy tries to go to college to pursue her designated gift, that of being a crossing guard. She meets a guy who gets her thinking about philosophy. She also becomes the center of a political campaign where she is the only voter in her district. There is a great scene where she tries to drink a glass of water out of her tap. I'm hoping that the show will pick up soon.

As someone who has never seen Lemonade or listened to it I did not really get the references, but as far as musical performances on shows go there are certainly worse ones we've seen in recent years.

Again the show is not really clicking though. The weird feuding over Kimmy's vote (as if one person makes a difference in an election) and Titus breaking up with his boyfriend after he was barely in the last episode; this show is kind of a mess right now.
