Considerably unlikable yet watchable Fireman Sam episode

I'd have to admit this one episode Norman Price at his worst, and some call this episode disgraceful yet I don't find it too abysmal. The jealous brat complains that James being star of some synchronized swimming show at the pool, and make the terrible choice of action by gluing door shut on James which is considerably evil. Yet, he couldn't have predicted a fire to happen, also this should've gone differently with Norman actually James got trapped by accident and maybe everyone was unaware he's in the changing room.

The moment everyone was speechless when Norman confessed to what he did was highlight moment. His comeuppance getting kicked out of Froggy Fantasy show and forced to do fire safety lessons with Penny (some reason she didn't seem to like it either) deserved.

Coincidentally, Norman trapping James in changing room is reminder/similar to detestable wimpy loser Ian Beale did to Sharon's son Denny, in EastEnders the boat disaster 2020.

Elvis should take control of his sneezing, yet it makes me laugh aloud when Station Officer Steele is the unfortunate victim, caused by Elvis, like when got sprayed with fire hose, doused from Tom's helicopter, and in the end, he falls back into the swimming pool, Steele as usual yells "Cridlington!" in response. Strangely though Elvis has a cold, and Station Officer Steele says a good fireman must carry out their duty no matter how ill he is, that's not the same with episode "Poorly Penny" when she too had a cold that got worse into a fever.

Overall, this is not the worst Fireman Sam episode to me, yet it's one with Norman at his worst.
