Another solid episode of the punisher, I enjoy how the different storylines are running parallel to each other, and the small convergences.

Billy Russo starts to show his darker tones , tbh this ep was this first one that really interested me from the chasing of cars and billy Russo. I honestly was surprised what happen at the ending.

This episode (4) was FAR better than episode 3. No excessive flashbacks and an emphasis on action over dialogue.

My only criticism would be the HIGHLY MANIPULATED confrontation between Frank and Madani. Frank has forced Madani off the road and left her in the dust. Then, lo and behold, there's Madni IN FRONT OF HIM. Naaah. Sorry filmmakers, that didn't wash AT ALL. Basically, that scene defied the laws of the physical universe.

Essentially, the writers cheated to produce the outcome they wanted - Madani lying in flames and Frank saving her butt. However, the filmmakers could have achieved the same result without messing with our suspension of disbelief.

Character's storylines are converging ...

With all of these storylines flowing through Frank Castle's life, and all of these odd characters rolling through the canvas of Frank's life. How will he be able to force a convergance and find a solution to his ultimate question: who killed his family and why?

Frank begins working with Micro, though, in my estimation, Frank likes Micro as much as root canals. Though Frank does show some loyalty to Micro's wife.

Frank continues on his mission, solving crimes he hasn't chosen to prioritize, as he goes on trying to solve the most important crime.

I think I see a pattern here. Anyone else?

If you are planning a mission like this why not canvas the area so you can prepare for the worst? I thought the show gave us a Castle vs. Madani confrontation a bit too early, but if we get more than one as the season rolls on before the end then I am for it. Solid episode, but still not the big moment the show needs.

Nice surprise

Not a bad episode, nice to see more of a focus on the action here. The car chase climax is well handled and a nice surprise given the usual scope of these Marvel shows which tend to focus on fist fights or shoot-outs.
