The Tangled Web Continues

Of course, Marcella knows about the location of Grace's body. When it is discovered, the fact that her husband is having an affair comes out. Cara is hunted down by the man she wronged and Marcella tries to prevent harm from coming to her. Meanwhile, Maddie continues to research the convict, not realizing that he is now free to go about his business. Of course, she could flirt with him when she knew there was no possibility of harm. Jason is fired by the big company when the murder victim's mother finds out about their connection. There are all kinds of implications going into episode four. Are we seeing the killer or is he copycatting? Is Marcella falling under suspicion? What's going on with the young gay son of the corporate boss. And then there is Maddie's boyfriend. We are also made privy to a fact that we didn't know about Grace.

It's hotting up.

Marcella cannot fathom what's going on in her life, and seems unsure as to whether or not she had a part.in Grace's demise, she learns her husband had known Grace for a long time.

I remembered how they always seemed to start off with a scene of Marcella looking perplexed, this episode is no different, once again it starts off with Marcella looking confused. Finally she gets on with some detecting, this episode focused more heavily on the plot, and less on her story, and was all the better for it.

We got to see the better side of Marcella here, I am warming towards her somewhat. It is a very complex story, with multiple strands, did she kill Grace, or did one of the criminals do the deed.

Lots of intrigue, lots going on, it's getting better and better. 8/10.

More intrigue as things delve deeper into the relationships of the flawed and secretive characters. A good watch but it does seem to be dragging out a bit. Maybe 8 installments might be too much.
