Over My Head

The gist of the episode is the son of a terrorist whom Both shot when he was a sniper. The boy was having a birthday party and Booth picked him off. Now time has passed and the kid is grown and living in the US. There is a great deal of obfuscation here. Once Booth knows the danger, he allows his children and their grandfather to put in a safe house, but there are forces that are overwhelming. Also, we find out that Brennan's dad has a heart condition (the non disclosure of which angers Brennan). I've just read the other reviews. I have to admit that I am in no way knowledgeable of the issues of ethnicity and nomenclature to judge the accuracy of the show.

One of the worst so far

Warning: Spoilers
SPOILERS!!

Where to start? Badly researched, a bunch of pygmy Arabs are playing Slavic central European Serbs, second tallest nation on Earth, so that "terrorism" theme is enhanced, but characters have Hungarian names (non- Slavic nation), and there are war criminal generals from Serbia, when in fact no such thing exists (a ruling by the court in Hague), and they spend 40 boring minutes just to wrap it all up in 3 minutes, a cold and bad episode...

Andre Belgrader? Really? Lol. Javor? Javor is a maple in english, it's not a name. Josip Radic and his Arabic son? By the way, Josip Radic is croatian name and only ethnic cleaning in that war, was commited by the Croats, in "Operation Storm". To put that aside, politicians were those who had the biggest role in that war, not some general. Yugoslavia wasn't some military middle east, or typical eastern Europe communist country.

This episode is a joke. I love this show, but obviously they didn't do their research, and I'm sure this wasn't the only time.

Wow, not even tried to do research

Warning: Spoilers
As a Serbian woman and long time fan of series, thos episode deeply offended me. They didn't do literally any research they just randomly and conveniently found their bad guys because apparently some writer heard something about war in Bosnia. And that is all they researched. Not even names are even close, actors are not even Slavic, nothing is even remotely true, they just made us "bad guys" and did my country antiservice just to make Booth look like a hero! Was there any war he wasn't in, like ever? Writers, calm down a bit, you will likely lose audience if you don't stop insulting all countries usa doesn't like.

This is for big ZERO. No star at all!

I'm very disappointed!

Well, another weird error from the Bones team! So at 33.35 the agent says, "They weren't expecting your father". And it appears Max then managed to do some great damage to the intruders, if only they had known he was there!!

Oh wait, they did! At about 35mins they work out that they tracked them to the safe house using Max's pacemaker!!!

I guess the bad guys just forgot this and presumed the person they were tracking was not actually there in the house, maybe he had left his pacemaker on charge haha - yes that was not serious!)
