If you've worked or work in the Restaurant Industry, you have to watch this.

Honestly surprised that there was only one season of this show; it has a very captivating take on the restaurant industry that is not always portrayed on TV in such detail: I'm particularly speaking about the business aspects of the industry. The show focuses on five New York restaurant ventures, Melba's, Ann and Tony's, The Meatball Shop, and later Vermilion and Seamore's. It's about the struggles and victories that these restauranteurs have.

I highly recommended it.

Boring TV

I just don't see the point. This is one of the most boring programs currently running. So far, it's mostly talking heads going on and on about made-up problems with no food preparation to speak of, no drama other than the previously mentioned made-up problems and as far as I can determine, no reason to watch. It isn't possible to write a "spoiler" about a show with so little actual content. I realize reality shows are cheap and easy to produce, but sitting a camera in a restaurant and apparently asking people to go on and on about whatever enters their heads is not watchable. I happened on this one by accident, and believe me, it isn't going to happen again. Frankly, if I didn't get certain channels by default because I have cable TV packages, I wouldn't watch at all.
