- A man who's urinating in the men's room gets hit in the back of the head by another man and dies, his blood is seen splattering all over the camera lens. The killer is seen taking off the dead man's jacket, there's blood splatter on the spot where he urinated so it could be assumed that the killer cut his penis off.
- A demonic figure called Judas is seen beating The Boxer in the face multiple times until his face gets bloody and bruised.
- The demon Judas uses a Mallet to slam a nail through the main characters tongue.
- The Boxer breaks a mirror with his bare fist, and stares at his bloody hand.
- The Boxer drags a woman and a man to a matrass and uses a spiked stick to impale the both of them.
- The Boxer opens a fridge which contains the body of a woman, he rips her ear off and eats it.
- The Boxer uses a makeshift knife to cut a big piece of skin from a woman's back, after that he stabs her in her stomach. Her intestines fall out including squirting blood.
- A corpse is seen lying on the ground in a puddle of blood with a saw stuck in it's waist.
- The Boxer is seen resting after a boxing match, with a bloody towel over his head.
- The Boxer uses a bone with nails attached to it to slash a man's abdomen open, The Boxer forces his hand into the wound and tears the man's intestines out.
