Without the trappings of Halloween (what a rubbish damp squib of a week that turned out to be on the 'Strictly' front) this was a bit of a return to form for all concerned.
I still think the front runners are way out in front, and that the bosses haven't done themselves many favours by getting Layton Williams of West End fame involved with this in mind, but it still makes for an engaging constest.
The top isn't that interesting actually, it's more a case of who down the bottom half are going to minorly improve enough to get through to another week.
Fair play to Annabel Croft too by the way.
