- The film capitalizes on a fetish and centers around a superhero named Hentai Kamen who is often seen with female panties worn over his head and they have to be used panties in order to draw out 100% of his superpowers so that he can feel the magma in him. His lower body is covered by a strip of fabric that rides between his butt cheeks, covering only his genitalia and exposing his butt most of the time, with the emphasis on his crotch.
- Close-ups of his crotch are also seen frequently throughout the film and he is often seen pulling his enemies faces towards it during fights and saying, How about you suck on my nuts.
- There is a scene where a man is seen grabbing and kissing the superheros crotch over that layer of fabric he wears.
