Unsatisfying cliche filled mess

I remember watching this series 8 or 9 years ago when i was 12 or 13 years old, back then it was very exciting and interesting for me so when i remembered about it i decided to rewatch it, due to the fact that I hadn't seen the ending all those years ago and to say the least I remember it being a lot better than it actually was. First season was fine, I think they built up the characters rather well, then it was a downward slope, I think the decline happened when Julja started to see ghosts, I don't think they should have gone with a supernatural twist. The plot twists are painfully predictable. I think at least 10 characters were introduced and then turned out they were traitors, after a certain point it just becomes annoying. Same could be said for character deaths, at least 7 characters that were presumed to be dead came back to live, at one point you begin to realize, the character didn't die, they will bring him back sooner or later and that's just annoying. Every time someone is pointing a gun at the other character you can bet that the gun will be taken and the two characters will get into a fight. Most actions that the "good" guys take are flawed and lack judgement, rarely making sense, it gives a feeling that the characters don't learn from their mistakes and keep doing the same stupid mistake over and over again. Every time the 1st/2nd graders appear on the screen its UNBEARABLE, i dont think i have EVER cringed so hard when watching something, i dont know why they have so much screen time, because most of the time it has little to do with the main plot, they are very annoying and they get little punishment for their actions, no wonder their parents left them in this orphanage like school.

A few good points about the series: I feel like Maxim had a lot of character development, which could not be said about the rest of the teenagers, they didn't change at all as the series progressed. Morozov was a great villain, I can't explain why I enjoyed him so much, I just did. The plot with Vaytevich (the old biology teacher) surviving was really good in my opinion.

In conclusion I wouldn't recommend watching this show, its the same plots over and over again for 134 episodes. This show had amazing potential, however I believe it suffers from bad writing and is littered to the brim with cliches.
