I don't think that this was vintage 'Strictly'.
There were a couple of memorable routines that I'll be able to recall by the time midweek rolls around, but certainly nothing for the people who make those 'best of' DVD's every Christmas to get excited about.
The public will decide who they have seen enough of, and it might not be the people the judges are leading us towards the exit.
It all makes for good fun though, and regardless of whether it's a memorable week or not, 'Strictly Come Dancing' certainly can be relied upon to cheer us all up after a long week in the rain.
