"Does that mean 'I'm OK' or 'I don't want to talk about it'?"

Warning: Spoilers
Harvey tears Dennis apart here, leaving Alf and John very much on the back foot. This is good news for Romeo, who's hoping to get out of his job, but it turns out he's a better salesman than he thought and the only bright spark for the development.

Dexter's new career choice isn't that much of a surprise and isn't that different from his old one.Nurse Julie seems to be getting a lot more to do in 2012 than she did in 2011 and it's only the second week. The potential pairing of her and Dexter as work colleagues is an interesting one and it's a shame Sid's so underwhelmed.

There's some nice scenes between Sid and Sasha and Sid and Xavier. Surprisingly, there's also a good scene between Xavier and Gina, with his spot on definition of "Gina-ry" and her surprisingly good advice. It's a shame he forgets it once he and Sasha are together and the final scene is very emotional, with perhaps a few more hints that something's gone on with Sasha we don't know about.
