Fun Episode
marvelearth5 June 2022
I was cool to see the siblings work together, to see time travel again, and the consequences.

Mr. Grouse has good, yes, but they're not conveying that he hates the Louds, he likes them, he made that clear, he gets stressed when he has to yell at them, take their stuff when it lands on his property, and loses sleep on some nights. That's what they were conveying, even the person you like can stress you sometimes.

Lincoln's friends' lives aren't being portrayed as good because Lincoln doesn't exist, it's being portrayed bad because Lincoln doesn't exist. The reason is because Chandler is a bully and he's made Lincoln's friends just like him. This shows that Lincoln is a positive influence on his friends' lives.

That is my review, it's fun episode and I highly recommend it,

Fun Episode

Warning: Spoilers
This episodes was great and intriguing. I had a really fun time watching it. The kids may have had a small reason for time traveling, but it's not a deal breaker, other shows have had characters time for simple reasons.

Bottom line is I really love this episode.

An absolute disgrace of slice of life cartoons
jeremiwarn10 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
What happened to The Loud House? It used to be a simple slice of life cartoon about Lincoln trying to survive his ten wild sisters. Despite not liking TLH, seasons 1-3 were the golden years at best when it comes to relatable situations and mild slapsticks. But after Chris Savino got fired from Nickelodeon he was replaced by Mike Rubiner. He made the show worse by allowing fantastical and cartoonish elements that was out of place for The Loud House standards. Seasons 4-present are the most disastrous seasons of the show and THIS episode is proves it. I glad I didn't saw that episode, I don't care about the spoilers that i read to the official Loud House Wiki. Time Trap is by far the WORST episode of the whole show and the realism of the show is completely gone.

This was a great episode
starkstar-910877 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The kids may have a simple reason for time travel, but.other shows have characters time travel for simple or mundane reasons. For example: In the Regular Show episode "Bad Kiss", Mordecai and Margaret finally kiss, but Mordecai is left disappointed after it was cut short by his bad breath, and wants to go back in time to redo it. In Lilo & Stitch: The Series episode "Melty", Lilo falls into a puddle of mud in front of Keoni. To try to erase her embarrassment, she uses Jumba's time-traveling invention. In Gravity Falls episode "The Time Traveler's Pig", Dipper time travels to get a do over with Wendy. It makes sense for the Loud House because there's nothing huge at stake before they started time traveling, it's solve an inconvience.

The alternate timeline explored interesting scenarios, including what would Lincoln's friend group be like if he didn't exist. The episode was given stakes when the kids started dissappearing, but they were able to set things straight.

It was a great episode!

The Loud House's biggest "jumping the shark" moment
brandyharringtonfan6 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Ever since the trailers came out for this episode, I had a feeling it would be bad. What do you know, it is bad! Overall, this is one of those episodes that doesn't fit the series. Ever since the series started, it has been known as a slice of life show grounded in reality. Ever since things like the time travel problem fix from The Mad Scientist, supernatural things like this have appeared more and more (episodes like TMS and Dream a Lily Dream are also terrible though). Speaking of TMS, Time Trap has a similar problem, both episodes are predictable and pointless. Come on, everyone knows they're not disappearing. Even with the predictable ending, I can't even excuse it (unlike something like The Magic Hour from Brandy & Mr. Whiskers) because everything else was such a bore to sit through. I really hope the premiers coming up will be better than this, seeing the trailers though they don't look great... oh boy.

This is episode has the best story in the Loud House series. I had really fun time watching. I made think about other possible scenarios. I hope we get another episode with a time travel plot, but they shouldn't do it too times.

The Loud House Version of Its A wishful Life
christopherpreuss6 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The parents have without the kids, like cruel, Mr. Grouse has a better life without them which goes against that Christmas episode and For Sale By Loner, he never hated the Louds, he just couldn't stand them sometimes, and the episode acts like they are the reasons why Flip is a greedy jerk, when Scoots is the reason. Well Al least Lincoln's friends don't have better lives without Lincoln.

Amazing episode!
willaimleverock7 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
It was pretty enjoyable and dark, It has "Back To The Future" vibes and it had high stakes. It's even what certain Loud House fans wanted. I know because I saw thousands of fans make stories with sci-fi elements, including time travel. Like the others say, putting these elements in shows like Loud House does not make it objectively bad.

I'm losing hope in modern TLH a lot...
awesomeanime-788376 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Probably the most poorest and terrible TLH episode ever. Trust me, SO much is wrong with.

1. "When the kids break Mom and Dad's priceless vase, they decide the only thing to do is go back in time to their wedding day, and prevent them from ever receiving it." THATS the plot. What do you mean "the only thing to do"? ITS A VASE! I know it's a wedding vase but in said episode, it shows moments when the exact same vase was broken, making the premise pointless. For Christ sakes, the Louds nearly vaporized into time just not to grounded.

2. One 10/10 review mentioned how Lincoln needs to be in his friend group since then they would become friends with Chandler. Problem is, how? Well by Lincoln being the butt-monkey of the group. B R U H

3. By the way, notice how seemingly everyone has better lives without the Louds around? The Loud parents are richer, Mr Grouse is in a better shape, Flip isn't as gross, hell even without Lincoln Chandler and his friend group don't give Lincoln the message he needs to exist.

4. Oh, and finally, let's argue the obvious- unrealistic. Even The Mad Scientist, Dream a Lilly Dream, and the movie for Christ sakes were not as ridiculously unrealistic as this episode!

Trust me, The Loud House keeps jumping the shark, and I have no idea what lead to the 7/10 RATING!

It was an amazing episode!
leverockdanny7 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
It had a good plot, good humor, and a satisfying ending.

The reason for why they time travel may simple, but other have had characters time travel for simple reason, that shouldn't be enough to say the episode is bad.

Neither should fantasy elements because you can balance realism and fantasy in shows like these.

Plus, there's a large majority of fans who love the fantasy elements.

Rewatched and I don't think its my least favorite anymore, but still...
defabbio-3208723 August 2023
This is an absolute Garbage House of an episode, and it's no surprise as to see why. It's the most unrealistic episode of the entire show, using time travel as a main plot point. Also, the parents seem to really care about vases, although the kids break them on ACCIDENT! The parents just ground them just because of the accidents, showing that they care about a stupid object more than their kids. WHY DO YOU THINK THAT GROUNDING INNOCENT PEOPLE IS FUNNY WRITERS?!

There is also so many questions and plot holes that it makes you wonder if the people behind the episode have seen a single Loud House episode, and they probably didn't, and this also feels more like a first draft, probably implying that the directors don't even care whatsoever, especially Pat Pakula, who is the director of the episode that jabs at criticism.

Overall, this is still one of the absolute worst episodes of the series. I may find The Taunting Hour and Schooled worse, but this episode is just nonsense and unrealism the whole way through. If you haven't seen this episode or most of seasons 5 and 6 episodes by the way, please give them a skip unless you're a completer like me. Seasons 5 and 6 just ruined an otherwise what used to be a decent NickToon.

I love this episode!
harmonyleverock7 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I love the episode very very much, it had a good plot, I had a great time watching it. I even like the characters and scenarios too. I don't care if the reason for time traveling is simple, it shouldn't be enough to run an episode for me. I also don't care if anyone doesn't like this episode. That make me change my opinion.
