- At the 24-minute mark, we see a dead woman's exposed breasts on a table in the morgue. Lasts less than a minute.

- A living (but mercifully unconscious) man has his chest cut open and his liver removed to be sold on the black market. We see/hear the heart monitor he's attached to flatline.
- Someone is sprayed in the face with nitrogen gas. Half of their face is frozen and covered in what looks like ice. They fall shortly after and the frozen half of their face hits the ground, causing it to break into pieces. Half of their face looks like a skull with the eye still in the socket. We see a closeup of their face a couple of times.
- A dog is seen eating a dead person's chest
- A gas tank is shot at someone, going through their gasmask and through their face, killing them.

- Someone finds a room of people being kept alive so pieces of them (skin, organs) can be taken as needed for organ black market. One of the people here (one of their eyes is stitched closed, seemingly removed and they have stitches all over their body) wakes up and asks for help. All the other people are awaken by a loud noise and you can see their shadows pawing at the drapes around them and hear them crying and moaning.
- A room full of drugged up victims are executed by gunshots to their heads.
- A dog is hit in the head on 2 separate occasions and is electrocuted while attacking someone. We hear the dog cry out during all injuries. The dog does survive.
