Tony starts the episode behaving even more childishly than he did in the previous episode, being somewhat contemptuous during his scene on the beach with Rachel.Things seem to pick up after his confrontation with Daniel and by the end of the episode he is, as Rachel says, being honest and sincere...which only leaves her more torn.
After several months of being the dullest character on the show, Romeo finally seems to be rediscovering his spark. His interaction with Indigo is spot on, from their phone conversation while watching a movie to his increasingly desperate attempts to discover why she was at the surf club and attempt to threaten the news out of Dexter. His supposedly smart clothes at the restaurant, however, are not.
Throw in some cuteness with Charlie and Angelo and some killer scenes from Miles, which aside from a scene of him giving Tony some fairly bad advice which seems to have become a feature of his character lately are pitch perfect, and you've got a pretty good episode.
