I paid for this show because it looked interesting but wasn't included on Discovery+.
It hasn't really been worth it. The first episode was alright and Shauna Rae seems interesting and fun. She faces a lot of challenges, and does so with a good attitude. That is awesome. Unfortunately I thought this show would be more interesting, diving into what her life is like but the producers don't seem to use much material. Mostly we see one scene after another of Shauna walking into a bar/tattoo shop/brewery/fair/restaurant and being asked how old she is by employees of these establishments, or the film crew/family members ask the employees how old they think she is -- all while playing annoying reality tv background music. I understand that must be a common occurrence in her life that gets very old but how many times can they show essentially the same scene?
In addition to this, a lot of the show feels scripted or forced. Shauna's lunch with her friends was hard to watch because her friends both showed no personality and the conversation was so scripted. I hope it gets better.
