Unlike the first season, this one gets going from the very first episode and doesn't test your patience with a slow pace.

Gulshan Grover and Mahie Gill hardly get screen time, at least in the first five episodes, and that's disappointing.

Apart from these two, every other supporting cast member contributes well to the story.

But it's Jimmy Sheirgill and Mita Vashisht, who really shine.

Though Jimmy's character commits a murder despite being a judge, you still empathise with him as he feels helpless as a father.

But after a point, his acting seems too understated. His facial expressions almost never change and though it doesn't make his performance any less praiseworthy, you want him to break out of that zone and do something startling. But he doesn't and stays in his lane.

Mita Vashisht is brilliant whether it's her expressions or Punjabi twang.

The show is a good watch, especially for Jimmy Sheirgill and Mita Vashisht.
