It's not a bad series but it could have been so much more. The cast try hard but aren't even A-class TV so that detracts, the plot is silly and the budget is clearly limited. If you are going to do a series based on this subject then at least get all the facts right, a couple of decent actors and the budget will secondary.

Warning: Spoilers
Peter Solomon and Robert Langdon finally meet as Mal'akh gives them both a task. Find the final ritual under the threat of pain.
Sato is fired by the CIA for going after Mal'akh alone and disobeying orders.
Sato also tells the truth to Katherine regarding how she used her brother Zachary in Turkey.
To the surprise of no one. The heavily tattooed Mal'akh is Zachary. He also seems to be indestructible.
The revel about Zachary is meant to be a wow moment. It would only work if you never watched The Da Vinci Code or any of the sequels.
Maybe the writers should had anticipated that. Maybe they just thought given Dan Brown's book sales, the viewers will lap up a hackneyed twist.
