While a lot of medical shows would be tired at this point in their run, The Resident still proves to be an enjoyable watch. I won't call the show great anymore, but episodes like this prove it can still be fun.

When Conrad is talking to the head witch - she says to him "your wife will always be with you in your memories and your dreams." That hit a nerve. Such a true and beautiful statement. The writers nailed this one ...
