I love this show. But "man and wife"???? Who allowed that to happen? The archaic wedding vow "man and wife" has been erased from tv/movie scripts for a long time. How did it get into this one? Such a forward thinking show. Ugh.

Beautiful character development, great writing. Max's and Helen's love is palpable. The surgery is a bit unbelievable, but serves its purpose. Overall, I love that they still manage to do the show inspiring and motivating.

This show is the epitome of impossible. In this episode, the gang perform an impossible surgery, and of course the person survives. It's so beyond belief that it's laughable. If you're not bored with suspending reality, sure, watch it if you want. If you have something better to do, like stabbing your eyes out with rusty spoons, do that instead.
