English comedian actor and multi instrumentalist musician Bill Bailey guest stars as Enzo the son of a wealthy Russian emigree but speaking in a lovely south English accent who confessed to murdering a wealthy grandmother.
The rest of the plot revolves around the proposed sale of his late mothers antique collection against his wishes.
Also the ongoing back story about Alexa moving back to New Zealand to be close to her incarcerated con man / thief brother is fast running out of steam and adds nothing to the overall strong storyline.
I can see the writers had to explain the move to New Zealand (actually brought about by the covid pandemic) but the story of her criminal brother in prison makes less sense the longer it runs especially as she withdrew her statement supporting his parole in the a previous episode which contradicts the basic premise of her moving back to be near him.
Gripe aside this is another strong story from a consistently entertaining series.
