Warning: Spoilers
This episode shows Hong telling Hye-ji the long story of guilt. Despite being an engineering grad he was offered a job in another field that was out of his values. He was a fund manager and the security guard he passed everyday wanted to invest in one of his accounts despite it being risky. Hong was hesitant but eventually gave the information for him. There was a major stock crash and basically the security guard was going to lose 70 percent. He calls Hong but Hong avoids his calls as he works crazily. Hong's boss and him were informed he attempted suicide and Hong rushes to get the car going. His boss tells him he will drive. They get into a car accident which resulted in the boss dying. Hong sells everything and offers his money to the wife of the man who attempted suicide.

Hong tried to suicide at the bridge but received a text from Gam-ri which saved him. Later at the end of the episode we see it was Hye-ji who saw Hong sitting at the bridge as a hospital patient and contacted the hospital.

We see that Gam-ri has moved back into her home and the two other old women come to help. They decide to sleep over and before sleeping, the youngest asks questions. Gam-ri says she agrees her body is old but heart is young which makes her sad, but she likes that she is old. She ate a lot of good food, seen beautiful sceneries, spent time with lovely people. It is like going on a picnic everyday. Later in the morning the woman in the middle speaks to Gam-ri but she has died in her sleep.

Things dont make sense

Too much coincidence - one guy from tv filming crew suddenly finds out (after so many episodes) that Du Sik is a cause of his father's death. Makes no sense.
