Hilarity leads to conflict
laduqesa14 April 2023
This made me laugh out loud at times. The unattractive Czech couple imagined they could say what they wanted in front of the two gay guys they thought were Portuguese despite their speaking Spanish.

Danny heard and understood it all including a clandestine phone call the woman made. Once Jarda decided to get physical, offended that Danny had not indicated he spoke Czech, the latter was able to turn the tables by revealing what he knew about Pavla's domestic arrangements.

Unfortunately the heightened tensions in the station waiting room brought to a head simmering differences between Danny and Ricky.

What happened after the two couple missed the train? My imagination is running riot.

about couple life

One of films with the virtue to become, scene by scene, a personal story. A train station. Two couples. Apparences, problems of each of them, sarcastic remarks about different , in language and gestures , other couple, children as axis of talks and admirable performances, inspired cinematography, fair moral. A film about insecurity in relation, well explored, fine used. In same measure, a film about perceptions , masks and cold, painful truths. Short, just wise made film , with powerful last scene.
