Funny but kind of a hug plot hole.

Enjoyed the short but it kind of makes no sense with what happens in the end. The girl would've known he didn't order the correct thing if she could speak Korean the whole time. Would've made more since if she just started shouting Japanese or something and he thought it was Korean. Or if she confessed that she knew he didn't speak Korean and made up the soybean allergy since he literally ordered soybean soup.

There are some funny moments, but the acting could definitely be better. The male lead's acting doesn't seem authentic, and the guy with the beanie sounds like he learned Korean in the States, not as if Korean was his first language, as he's portrayed. The female lead's Korean is actually pretty impressive! I think her Korean is better than the guy with the beanie lol. But if she was fluent in Korean, why didn't she know what he had ordered? If she had such a severe soybean allergy, you'd think she'd thoroughly review the menu.

I definitely laughed a lot with the whole pineapple bit.

I hope HBO Max comes out with more Korean stuff, as it feels familiar.
