Missed opportunity

Surely this was a perfect storyline for a crossover with NCIS? Gibbs and his crew investigating Jason and Bravo team would have made some good viewing.

Great action without actually having much action scenes. Jason's career is on the line and the pursue of the truth is the focus here. Well well we'll see.

Time for this JAG Defense Attorney to drop her EGO

Military Personal can ask / hire outside Lawyers. This JAG Officer changes view (Guilty / not Guilty) of the Case more than many Politicians (or just protecting her Law License - Has to do what the Client wants). Bravo 1 has never changed his mind to Fight the case, only to calm down and use some smarts. Bravo 1 is never Informed that he is allowed to use an outside Attorney; JAG does keep lists of Local "Retired" Military Attorneys (All Branches - JAG is USN, USMC, and USCG) and Retired Military Attorneys Know the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) and don't have to worry about the "Politics" that this Case just "Might" have. This JAG has not asked for the "Mission" Photos; so is there something "sinister / political" going on? DUH - Scapegoat? This JAG is a LCDR (O4) so has at least been a Attorney for at least 5 years. JAG Attorneys start at LT (O3) if new grad. Why didn't Bravo 1 ask for this JAG Officers "Experiences, Qualifications, etc"? Has this JAG defended anyone else with Similar types of Case? Did the Actor try to talk to an actual JAG (Active Duty or Retired)? Or just someone that just focuses on reading their "Lines"? Bet you can name one Actor who did their "Research for a Part" and got the "Script" Changed? Sadly the reason for a "8" rating is to actual USN/USMC Experiences (& News Shows) can see these problems are closer to Reality than to the Fictional story the Episode is doing.

Where are the Mission Photos? And why is no one asking this question? The Photos would clear Bravo 1; but then a quick drop of the DRAMA for Bravo 1. So no Photos so Bravo 1 has a Problem, but then if No Photos then there is a Problem for the whole team.

SpecOps units take photos of all "Killed" during Missions if safe to do so. So, Why is there not a Photo from the SEAL Team? They had time to search the area afterwards right? Several other Episodes these types of Photos are Shown back at the base, or on the Cell phone before they sent them. Did someone else mess up and not take the Photos? Sorry, due to my PTSD I have hard time remembering Names. If the person who did the Torture of the Warrant was killed at the top of the Stairs, who did the Warrant Officer Kill? (With a FULL Clip). The Warrant Officer explain it was better to not say anything vs the Truth in their Deposition, but only after the fact? The Warrant Officer is a Leader, and should have explained this long time ago, not just before this case and or at least before they did their depositions. There are other Episodes with "Cases" against the Team, or spoken about r/t SEALS Correct? Maybe someone can do a List UP to this Episode for this Episodes Reviews? Or maybe we need "Monk" to be the Continuity expert since "Monk TV Show" has ended.
