Loops too early

Being 3 hours long they should have made it loop at least every 15 minutes rather than every couple of minutes. Would have been more enjoyable content that way.

Good for little kids

If you're older and grew up with Finding Nemo then this is great for maybe 10 minutes but I definitely wouldn't bother watching all 3 hours of it. The sound effects are nice for a background and I imagine for little kids that enjoy Finding Nemo / Dory or are interested in the ocean would like it if it was on in the background or something. For the people giving this 1-2 stars it was never intended to be a third movie - if you want to see it you can literally see the entire animation within the first 5 minutes - so just watch the first 5 minutes instead of being salty about wasting 3 hours jeez

Please do not watch this time waster, it's just fish swimming past the screen for 3 hours. Watch Finding Nemo and Dory instead, you can probably watch that in the same time as this and it's actually entertaining.

I don't know why it's rated so low or why there are complaints. It's a screensaver. It's a looped bit of animation. It's not meant to be a movie. I think it's great. Something to entertain a very small child in traffic or in a waiting room.

Adorable

I don't understand why people are reviewing this thing based on what they expected it to be when they didn't realize it was a screensaver. It's not a movie or short film; complining that it's boring and has no plot or dialogue seems kind of dense.

This is basically the Pixar equivalent of a video fireplace. It's a cute little ~5 minute loop of Finding Dory/Nemo characters swimming around. It's for running in the background while you relax or while you get on with your life.

Judging it as anything else is pointless.

It's beautiful to look at, very peaceful, and cute. It would be nice if it was a longer loop or if it alternated between a few different sequences, but otherwise, it's a perfect execution of what it is intended to be.

Was excited when I saw this on Disney+, I love anything Nemo/Dory related. Turned it on this morning, definitely not with the intention for watching it for three hours...but thought it would be a cute little time waster for a few minutes. To my immense disappointment, it's the same loop...within the first five minutes, I watched the loop four times. I think the concept was nice, but pretty bummed that the animators couldn't even be bothered to draw 30 minutes worth of animation. Just my opinion.

This is a movie intended to run in the background, and was never intended to be watched exclusively. Turn it on for young kids-- it makes a pleasant moving background with ocean sounds to help bring ambience while kids play or during a birthday party. The characters of Finding Nemo and Finding Dory appear on screen periodically and interact with each other and with the camera, making it interesting for a child whose imagination wanders from activities to the screen for a minute or two. Anyone who gives this a low rating doesn't understand what it's intended for. There are other types of movies similar to this, such as "Cat warming itself in front of a hearth" movie, which is also three-hours long. Obviously it's not intended to be watched for three hours.

It's pretty much ASMR for babies and kids

My 7 month old finds it fun and when it's time for bed the sounds put him right to sleep, the only reason I gave it 9 stars is because although it's not intended to be watched as long as it is I wish it had more scenes to it. Idc about them not talking it's not for me

For those who make claims such as this is a "waste of time" I beg to differ, they initially made this to be a screensaver, I honestly feel disappointed in the people who thought this was a sequel to something.

I find this adorable, its just a little animation on loop with relaxing sounds. As an animation lover, I find it perfect to have on in the background to add some movement in the room! I think it would also be cute as something non-distracting to have on the tv at a child's party, or bedtime if needbe. Personally, when I have a bad day its relaxing to just sit and admire the art and watch my childhood friends swim around :)

So cool!

My 3 year old autistic son is in LOVE with Dory and friends. He had so much fun watching this and seeing his friends swim by and wave at him. He interacted so much and was so excited I had to stop it for awhile to give him q break lol. It made him extremely happy to say the least. The cutest idea this Dory Cam was. Thanks Disney! Happy Holidays!

No, it's not a movie. It's a cute, calm thing to play in the background in your living room, office or wherever. I like it. The Frozen fireplace screensavers on Disney+ are nice, too.
