- Bare buttocks of some patient seen at asylum while bathing. Also main characters bare buttocks are seen while changing at asylum for a second but blurred.

- Comes across as a Slasher film (with a a couple of references to Hitchcock's Psycho) but clearly steers away from it except one gruesome sequence.
