In this episode Liz, pretty much without property, feels a new urge to actually own an apartment. Tracy tries to make up for something bad he did in a dream by bringing a coffee machine to work, and Kenneth, despite objecting to the machine's presence because of its "Devil's temperature," soon becomes hooked on it. Meanwhile, Jack and his girlfriend have difficulties in their relationship and eventually break up.
Episode 210, as it's now known (I suspect they'll come up with a name for it for the DVD release) starts off slow, with few actual laughs. Sorry guys, Friends already came up with the "do do" joke and it wasn't all that funny then. The episode later improves, however, particularly when Liz embarrasses herself in front of the board while trying to buy the apartment. It's always funny to see her humiliated. Meanwhile Kenneth becomes corrupted by the coffee and is convinced to go back to Georgia, only staying because he missed his train. The episode ends with a musical number. Kenneth is, as usual, funny, but this isn't his best episode. Generally, though, a solid effort.
