Some of the women in the pictures are wearing low-cut clothing. House asks Wilson's ex-wife if she compared him to a tampon. Later he asks if she had sex with him before she was emotionally attached to him if she might have gotten over him. Then she says "Sex with James, it's fantastic. Nobody works harder to give a woman what she wants." House says, "I don't usually put out on my first date..." House tells Wilson he needs to have sex with Cuddy. House tells Cuddy's ex-wife, "If you keep yelling at me, I'll think you owe me sex."
