I'm intrigued that I'm the only one commenting on this show. Whether one agrees with the views or not, they are certainly provocative. This is a follow up to Matthew Brock getting shot by a classmate and nearly being paralyzed. The mayor who is ready, fire, aim, decides to take away the rights of anyone who crosses the county line. Mandatory fingerprinting, control over cable television, no handguns, on and on. Jimmy disagrees and she fires him. Of course, Wambaugh is in the middle of everything. I still think that the judge is the most rational, insightful character on this show. Ray Walston as Judge Bone has a commitment to the law and what is right. His decisions are often unpopular but he is methodical and looks beyond the letter of the law.
