Maris has been arrested because of unpaid parking tickets and other minor transgressions. Despite their estrangement, she asks Niles to help her. He gets the name of a guy who has the power to do this. Unfortunately, he seems to be a gangster who will expect a favor in return. The consequences are hilarious as Frasier and Niles squirm to the end.
